ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

OCTOBER 20, 2005

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson and Mark

                  Mazur

1.  The Board reviewed a listing of average assessments and taxes for fiscal year 2006.

2.  The Board approved a letter to be used in our data re-inspection project for people

     who have not responded to our door hangers.

3.  The Board agreed to sign up for a service that will allow us to go on line with the

      Registry of Motor Vehicles.

4.  The Board read a letter of complaint from L. Drosdek that was sent to the Selectmen.

     The Board discussed the matter with the staff.

5.  The Board reviewed and then approved as amended a letter from the Administrative

     Assessor to the Selectmen concerning the letter from L. Drosdek.

6.  The Board decided to hold their meetings at 7:00 P.M. from now on.  Their next

     meeting will be on 10/27/05.
